“We have loved renovating and turning our beautiful bungalow into the home we have today.. However, a new chapter in our lives must start and we have decided to take early retirement. We currently use bedroom number 2 as an office however it can easily be used as a 2nd bedroom and has inbuilt wardrobe. The Area:

The traditional village of Etwall is fantastic family village and has something for everyone. There is Etwall Primary School and John Port Academy within the village making it an ideal location for families. The buses which run through the village provide a service which goes to other local villages as well as into Derby City Centre and Burton Town Centre.
